Property Rules

We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay at Quesada Dream Villa. Please read and follow these simple property rules during your visit.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with your booking. Please do not arrive early or leave late unless this has been agreed in advance, as time is needed to prepare the villa and pool for the next guests.

Registered Guests Only

Only the guests included in the booking may stay overnight at the villa. Please let us know in advance if you would like to invite visitors to the property.

The villa must not be used for parties, events or large gatherings.

Respect Our Neighbours

Quesada Dream Villa is in a residential area, so we ask guests to be considerate of nearby residents.

Please keep outdoor noise, music and conversations to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and early morning. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the villa. If you smoke outside, please use the ashtrays provided and dispose of cigarette ends safely. Never leave cigarettes unattended, particularly during hot or dry weather.

Private Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is for the enjoyment of registered guests. Please observe the following safety rules:

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Do not run, dive or engage in dangerous behaviour around the pool.
  • Do not take glasses, bottles or other breakable items into the pool area.
  • Please do not use the pool while under the influence of excessive alcohol.
  • The pool must not be used late at night if this could disturb neighbouring properties.

Guests use the pool at their own risk.

Children

Children are very welcome, but parents and guardians remain responsible for their safety and supervision throughout the stay. Particular care must be taken around the swimming pool, steps, terraces and outdoor areas.

Pets

Pets are not permitted unless they have been expressly agreed before booking. Please contact us before making a reservation if you wish to bring an animal.

Barbecue and Outdoor Areas

If a barbecue is provided, it must be used responsibly and never left unattended. Please ensure it is fully extinguished after use.

Outdoor furniture should not be removed from the property. Please close parasols and secure lightweight items when they are not being used, especially during windy weather.

Air Conditioning and Electricity

Please use air conditioning responsibly. Keep external doors and windows closed while it is operating, and switch it off when leaving the villa.

Lights, fans and electrical appliances should also be switched off when not required.

Looking After the Villa

Please treat the villa, furniture and equipment with care. Guests should not move indoor furniture outside or rearrange heavy items.

Report any breakages, damage or maintenance problems as soon as possible. We understand that accidents can happen, but guests may be charged for damage, missing items or additional cleaning caused by misuse or negligence.

Please do not attempt repairs yourself without contacting us first.

Cleanliness and Rubbish

Please keep the villa reasonably clean and tidy during your stay. Household rubbish should be placed in the appropriate local bins regularly, particularly during warm weather.

Before departure, please:

  • Wash and put away used crockery and cooking utensils.
  • Empty the fridge of any unwanted food.
  • Place rubbish in the designated bins.
  • Return furniture and household items to their original positions.
  • Leave the villa in a reasonably tidy condition.

Security

Please lock all doors and close accessible windows whenever you leave the property. Do not share keys, access details or the villa’s exact address with anyone who is not part of your booking.

Any lost keys may be subject to a replacement charge.

Illegal or Unsafe Activity

Illegal activity, antisocial behaviour and the misuse of the property are strictly prohibited. Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and community rules.

Before You Leave

Please follow the departure instructions provided during your stay and notify us promptly if anything has been damaged or requires attention.
