Where is Quesada Dream Villa located?
Quesada Dream Villa is in Ciudad Quesada on Spain’s southern Costa Blanca. The villa is within easy reach of local shops, bars, cafés, restaurants and La Marquesa Golf. The beaches of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja are also only a short drive away.
How many guests can the villa accommodate?
The villa accommodates up to five guests. It has two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the lounge, making it ideal for couples, families and small groups.
Does the villa have a private swimming pool?
Yes. Guests have exclusive use of the villa’s private outdoor swimming pool and surrounding sun terrace. The pool area is a lovely place to relax, enjoy the Spanish sunshine and spend time together.
Is the swimming pool heated?
No, the swimming pool is not heated. It is an outdoor pool and its temperature will naturally vary depending on the weather and time of year.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided at the villa. Connection speeds and reliability may occasionally vary, as they can in many residential areas of Spain.
Is air conditioning provided?
Yes, the villa has air conditioning to help keep guests comfortable during the warmer months.
What cooking facilities are available?
The villa has a well-equipped kitchen area where guests can prepare meals and snacks during their stay. It also includes useful facilities such as a fridge, cooking appliances, utensils and a washing machine.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
The tap water is treated mains water and is generally safe to drink. However, the local water is quite hard and may taste different from the water you are accustomed to. Many of our guests prefer bottled or filtered water for drinking, while using tap water normally for cooking, washing and brushing their teeth.
Is parking available at the villa?
Free on-street parking is available close to the villa. Parking spaces are not allocated and remain subject to availability.
Do we need to hire a car?
A car is not essential if you plan to relax at the villa and are comfortable walking or using local taxis. However, hiring a car is recommended if you want to visit several beaches, attractions or towns across the Costa Blanca.
How far is the villa from the beach?
The sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura are approximately ten minutes away by car, depending on traffic. Torrevieja and several other Costa Blanca beaches are also within easy driving distance.
Are shops and restaurants nearby?
Ciudad Quesada has a good selection of supermarkets, shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Some local amenities can be easily reached on foot, although parts of the area are hilly and a taxi may be more convenient in hot weather.
Will we receive the villa’s exact address before arrival?
Yes. To protect the privacy and security of the property and its guests, the complete address and arrival instructions are provided after the booking has been confirmed.
